Margaret Dunlap is Senior Public Affairs Representative for the Metropolitan Transit Authority (METRO) and has 25 years of experience in compliance, supervision, administration, presentation and training, organization, developing, managing, and coordinating special projects. Her extensive volunteer experience includes serving in the Community Collaborative for Children, Junior League of Houston; Head Start Policy Council, and the Gulf Coast Community Service Agency. Ms. Dunlap is also a board member and past president of Hispanic Women in Leadership. She was appointed by Mayor Bill White to the City of Houston Police Officer’s Civil Service Commission and received the YMCA Outstanding Woman of the Year award.  Ms. Dunlap holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A & I University and attended the Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Houston.
