La Tiendita is dedicated to enhancing food access and nutritional education within our community. In collaboration with the Houston Food Bank, the American Heart Association, the Latin Women’s Initiative, and Unidos US, we provide vital resources to empower individuals and families. Our two locations operate on a case management model, allowing community members to easily schedule appointments for personalized support. Together, we are fostering a healthier, more informed community where everyone has the resources they need to thrive.
