Nueva Vida Apartments, located in the Southeast part of Houston, is a HUD affordable housing complex that consists of 66 one bedroom units. Opened in 2008, Nueva Vida Apartments has a community room equipped with a computer area for residents, a sitting area for television enjoyment, and planned social events are held periodically. A well manicured courtyard with several sitting areas is provided for relaxing and enjoying the outside.   

Nueva Vida is a supportive housing project for low-income seniors aged 62 and over, providing not just housing but a community that promotes engagement, social connection, and access to resources for a better quality of life.
