The Board of Directors of the Tejano Center for Community Concerns (TCCC) is a group of community-minded individuals dedicated to the center's mission. They guide the operation of the center, approve its annual budget and expenditures, and determine its policies. Equally important, board members are stalwart advocates, ambassadors, and active participants in growing external relations and fund development efforts to benefit Tejano Center's programs and services.

The four-member board of education of the Raul Yzaguirre Schools for Success (RYSS) also serve on the board of directors of the district’s parent organization, the Tejano Center for Community Concerns.
