The Human Resources Department assists current and future employees by providing information and services that are in keeping with the original vision of the Tejano Center for Community Concerns and the organization’s service to the community. In addition to the Raul Yzaguirre Schools for Success, the Human Resources Department handles the management of personnel for all other entities under the Tejano Center’s leadership. That includes the Tejano Center itself, the Shelter and Foster Care program, the Victims of Crime Outreach and Support Program (VOCA), the Affordable Housing Program, and the Juvenile Justice Diversion Program.
The department works to hire highly qualified staff in all fields and departments.
